  • Number of Homes for Sale: Home inventory (new & existing combined) for Nov. 2014 (12,357) is 9.8 percent lower compared to Nov. 2013.
  • The supply of new and existing homes for Nov. 2014 is 4.6 months – representing a home market slightly favoring sellers.
